SANFORD — Thirty-three-year-old Donald Abercrombie wassentenced Friday to two life terms in prison.
Earlier in the week the Spring Lake man was convicted of killing anelderly Lee County couple, even though their bodies have never beenrecovered.
The jury had the choice of life terms or the death penalty.
Hoyle Smith, 79, and Margie Shaw Boone, 66, were killed in November,1995.
