DURHAM — A Durham man who has been charged with childabuse has turned himself in to authorities.
Andras Snell allegedly gave his 2-year-old son a sawed-off shotgun,then took a photograph of the child holding the gun.
The boy's mother is already in custody. Snell was scheduled to appearin court Monday afternoon.
