Credit Card Fraud Has a Price

RALEIGH — Four Triangle residents will pay the pricefor their involvement in a 12-state credit card fraud ring.

In October of 1995, Federal agents raided a store in downtown Raleighcalled Homeboys of New York. Investigators say the store owner, her son,an employee and a relative were trading merchandise for stolen creditcards.

Their sentences range from 51 months in prison to five years probation.
