<b>RALEIGH</b> — A travel agent is expected tomake her second appearance in Wake County Court Monday.

Kelly Kirk, who owned and operated a travel business in Garner forseveral years, is accused of swindling clients out of thousands of dollarsfor tickets and travel reservations that were never delivered.

Questions arose when Kirk could not be reached by phone and her officeremained closed for days, its door festooned with notes from customersimploring her for their tickets or for refunds.  She subsequently wasfound in West Virginia.

Kirk's first appearance in court was December 12, after she was pickedup at her friend's home and brought back to North Carolina.
