FORT BRAGG — A Fort Bragg soldier is behind bars,accused of sexually abusing a girl under the age of 13. Julius Fairleyfaces a number of charges, including rape.
The incident allegedly occurred in April, 1996, off post.
Fairley is assigned to a military police unit at Fort Bragg. He isbeing held in the Cumberland County jail on $100,000 bond.
