DURHAM — The City of Durham is offering an earlyholiday gift to many of its citizens. If you have an overdue parkingticket the city is offering an amnesty period for late parking tickets.
You can pay your tickets without having to pay late charges, but youonly have until February 22, 1997 to do so.
