<b>GARNER</b> — The Garner travel agent accused of skippingtown with over $50,000 of her clients' money is fighting extradition.

Police arrested Kelly Kirk in West Virginia Thursday night after Garnerpolice used the Internet to trace a phone number found on Kirk'shusband's computer. Kirk owns Garner Travel and Casino Connections. Hercustomers say she took their money and never booked any travel plans.

North Carolina has 90 days to obtain a governor's warrant which wouldforce Kirk to come back to face charges here.
