DURHAM, N.C. — A teen who shot a young man on a city bus will spend at least a year and a half behind bars.
Kenneth Patterson pleaded guilty to shooting Dante McMillan on a DATA bus in January.
A security camera on the bus caught the shooting on tape. Lawyers said the shooting was gang-related.
Another suspect, Michael Lee, is also charged in the shooting.
