Think Partnership CEO, Chairman Resign

The company operates two firms in the Triangle, Market Smart Interactive and Market Smart Advertising. Market Smart Interactive was known as Websourced until a recent name change.

Scott Mitchell, the president of Think Partnership (Amex: THK), will replace Jacobs on an interim basis, the company said in a statement.

Think Partnership stock closed Friday at $1.84, up a penny. It has a 52-week high of $3.75, a 52-week low of $1.40.

Jacobs led Think Partnership through an aggressive series of acquisitions over the past year.
