Authorities say 28-year-old Roderick Wooten shot and killed Jason Harrington on Scout Drive in December.

Wooten is considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen in the McDougald Terrace area.

Wooten is described as being a black male measuring 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds.
