Oasys Mobile Names CFO, Exec for Development

, a provider of mobile content and services, is expanding its management team with two new executives.

Tracy Jackson is joining Oasys as chief financial officer, and Don Locke is taking on a position as executive vice president of corporate development.

Jackson's most recent position was as senior audit manager and director of quality assurance for accounting firm Hughes, Pittman & Gupton. She also is a former controller for Arsenal Digital Solutions.

Locke, who also is the company's general counsel, was a member of the Kilpatrick Stockton law firm before joining Oasys. Oasys recently changed its name from Summus.
