RALEIGH, N.C. — The Raleigh City Council will discuss the Supper Clubb's unappetizing leftovers.
At Tuesday's meeting, leaders will look into a dispute between the nightclub and its neighbors.
People who live near the Supper Clubb on Atlantic Avenue have complained about loud music, public drinking and broken bottles.
The City Council is moving to toughen its nuisance nightclub rules.
