DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police say a suspect in a small business loan investigation may have left the Triangle.
Authorities are looking for Kathy Fenner. Investigators say she could be in Charlotte, Wilmington or Atlanta.
Fenner is one of four people charged in connection with a loan program that paid out more than $800,000 in loans to businesses that did not exist.
James and Anita Bennett have already turned themselves in. Investigators are also looking for Anita Bennett's sister.
