DURHAM — Bulls starter Joe Kennedy kept the Louisville Riverbats scoreless through seven innings Friday night to lead Durham to a 8-0 victory in International League play.
The Bulls (23-18) outhit the Riverbats 16-6. Pat Borders, Norm Hutchins and Mike Caruso each had three hits. Ron Wright hit the game's only home run, his sixth of the season.
Kennedy (2-0) allowed four hits and three walks and struck out three batters to pick up the win.
