<b>NASH COUNTY</b> — Traffic on Interstate 95 in Nash County is up and running after a traffic mess Friday afternoon.

Cars were backed up for miles after a car crossed the median and hit a tractor-trailer on its fuel tank.

The driver of the car was alert and talking before she was rushed to the hospital. The truck driver was not hurt at all.

The northbound lanes were completely shut down for more than two hours.
