<b>FAYETTEVILLE</b> — People from all across the state have put the breaks on a Cumberland County grinch.

Someonestole 30 bikes from Moses Mathislast week.  Mathis fixes bicycles and gives them to needy children.

He is back on track, thanks to people from as far away as Charlotte who have donated bikes to him.  He now needs helpers to handle the extra load.
