FAYETTEVILLE — Fayetteville's downtown post office has been named after a man who truly delivered for the city.
President Clinton signed a bill Thursday, renaming the building after legendary mayorJ.L. Dawkins.
Dawkins died in May after a battle with prostate cancer. He led the city of Fayetteville for 25 years.
