FAYETTEVILLE — Fayetteville firefighters were called Monday evening to rescue a man who had been shot on a roof.
The owner of the Grove Street home told police he heard a noise and thought someone was breaking into his house.
He went outside and shot a person he saw on the roof. Paramedics got the man down by climbing down a fire ladder.
No word yet on his condition or if any charges will be filed.
