The 21-year-old, whose name is being kept confidential, has charged that Captain bill Frederick traded legal leniency for sexual favors.

Now, some who know her say she may not be believable.

One woman, who asked to remain anonymous (pictured at right with WRAL-TV5'sKelly Wrightdescribed an incident she witnessed that involved the woman bringing charges.

WRAL obtained a videotape of that night. It shows the woman who made the charges against Frederick performing a lewd dance in front of patrons at a crowded nighclub. At one point, she stripped completely and mimicked a sexual act on the floor.

Police also say she is wanted on felony fraud charges.

The fact that her character has been called into question will not necessarily affect the outcome of her charges against Frederick
