DURHAM — May 22, 1996 - 9:35 a.m. EDT
Durham police have had little to say about a fatal shooting that occurred Tuesday night on Berkeley Street.
All that is publicly known at this time is that the incident occurred in the victim's apartment just before 9 p.m.
Published reports say 43-year-old Clarence Westry, Jr. was found dead in the apartment. The report also said the apartment was "riddled with bullets".
