Authorities in Fayetteville have  identified the body of a man found frozen early Monday.

Fifty-four-year old Roosevelt Wright was found adjacent to railroad  tracks.  At present, authorities say they don't believe foul play was  involved, but an autopsy will be performed to verify cause of death.
