CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Chapel Hill police will not file charges in a fatal charter bus accident.
Investigators say Harry Alston died when a bus carrying the Boston College basketball team hit him last week on Highway 54.
Police say the road has no lights and that Alston's bike did not have a light or reflector.
No one else was injured in the accident.
