HENDERSON — Vance County authorities are investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred early Friday morning.
At 4:45 a.m., Todd M. Goodrich, 26, was driving north on Loop Road. His vehicle hit a tractor trailer rig parked on the shoulder of the road.
Goodrich, of Henderson, was killed. No one else was injured. No one was in the tractor trailer at the time.
