<b>FAYETTEVILLE</b> — A Fayetteville man faces  first-degree murder charges.

Police say 19-year-old Ronald Goodman turned himself in Saturday.

He is accused of shooting and killing 30-year-old Kenneth Highsmith, Jr.

Highsmith was found dead inside his car Wednesday morning.

Investigators say an argument led to the shooting.
