Cary Eases Water Restrictions

CARY — TheTown of Caryis easing up on its water restrictions.

Monday, town officials announced that homeowners can get out the sprinklers again because construction is complete on theDurhamand Raleigh watering system.

Business and residential customers on the Cary-Apex water system can now use sprinklers and irrigation systems from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m. on the odd-even schedule.

The changes affect customers in Cary, Morrisville, RDU, and the Wake County portion of Research Triangle Park.

The Town of Cary is mailing postcards this week to 32,000 customers to update them on the change in water restrictions.
