DURHAM — Police are still sorting out the details of a three-vehicle accident in Durham.
It occurred about noon at Infinity and Roxboro Roads.
Four people were injured, but investigating officers said none was life-threatening.
One investigating officer described the situation as a classic failure to yield right-of-way.
At the intersection, one vehicle simply pulled out in front of another and collided with a third vehicle.
The accident victims were taken to a local hospital for check-ups. Two went by ambulance, two by private car.
Officers said a citation will be issued as soon as they sort out who is at fault.
