Teen's Death In Crash Brings Graduated Licenses Into Spotlight
CLAYTON, N.C. — State troopers say they'll likely decide next week whether to file charges in a wreck that killed a Clayton High School student.

Leah Boykin, 17, died in the crash. Two other students, including the driver, are in fair condition. The 64-year-old driver of the other car also was treated at the hospital.

Troopers say Brandy Lee was driving too fast for conditions, crossed the center line and caused the accident.
