Bragg Soldiers: "It's About Time"

Many of the the Fort Bragg soldiers have served in the Gulf region or have friends in the area.

"I think it's time," U.S. Army Pvt. Latasha Parrish said. "If you don't solve a problem and just keep feeding it medicine to temporarily solve the problem, it's not going to help. They have to do what they need to do, so it's not a problem any more."

"What they are doing is right," U.S. Army Spc. Jose Flores said. "They have given a lot of time to Saddam Hussein, and it's the right time."

"It's about time," U.S. Army Sgt. Vincent Poole said. "It was going to come down to it eventually, and it is long overdue."

It is not known whether Fort Bragg troops will be used in the current attacks. If they are called upon, Bragg soldiers say it is just part of the job, and they knew it could happen when they enlisted.
