CARY — Two Cary men were killed Saturday evening when the car they were in struck another car traveling in the opposite direction.
According to police, 22-year-old Pastor Tadeo and 26 year-old Pedro Corrales died about 8 p.m. when their car struck a curb at the intersection of High House and Maynard Roads in Cary.
Police reports state that Tadeo lost control of the car and swerved into oncoming traffic, striking the other car.
The people in the other car received only minor injuries.
Early police reports say that it did not appear as though any alcohol was involved in the accident, however the Cary Police Department will perform a toxicology examination.
