DURHAM — Durham police say a house fire was the work of an arsonist.
Neighbors say a man tossed a brick through the window of a house on Angier Avenue, then set the place on fire.
Police arrested Jose Rodriguez in the incident.
As they did so, he kicked out the back window of the squad car.
No one was hurt.
