SANFORD — Police have made an arrest in connection with the death of James Kelly Jackson in Sanford Wednesday. Orecko Jackson, 21, of Fayetteville Street, lives directly across the street from the warehouse where the shooting took place. He was arrested at 2 p.m. Friday.
He has been charged with first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Police are looking for a second suspect -- a 15-year old boy.
