RALEIGH — Raleigh investigators are scheduled to present evidence to a grand jury Monday after the sudden and mysterious death of a robbery suspect.

Employees of the Food Lion on Avent Ferry Road in Raleigh say 24-year-old Jason Court tried to rob their store last month. The employees chased Court and held him until police came.

Court died a few days later.

The grand jury will be asked to hear evidence and decide whether criminal charges should be filed against the Food Lion employees.
