A cross dresser wanted for fraud in Durham was arrested in Baltimore.

Latia Cox, 34, of Mayfair Street, faces a list of charges. Cox legally changed his name from Tyrone Tedder in 2004.

Investigators found identifications for 30 different people inside his home last week. Authorities also said Cox used the name of a murder victim to get a driver's license.

Cox worked for a home health care provider and may have stolen information from his elderly patients.
