One woman was killed and her 1-year-old daughter was injured in a head-on collision in Fayetteville Saturday afternoon.

Investigators said the woman's car ran off the road at Camden Road and Waldo Beach Road, where she over corrected and ended up colliding with a pickup truck.<br />

The woman was taken to Cape Fear Medical Center, where she later died. Her 1-year-old daughter and the pickup driver suffered minor injuries.
