RALEIGH — A North Carolina State University student remains in critical condition at Wake Medical Center after falling from a classroom building Wednesday.
Officers found Peichun Yang, a 37-year-old post-doctoral student, on the first balcony of Dabney Hall. Witnesses say he had been on the fifth floor.
Investigators still have not determined whether he fell or jumped. They say they do not suspect foul play.
