Car Crashes Into Raleigh House

Three people were injured Thursday after a car hit another vehicle and crashed into a house.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Three people are recovering after an accident Thursday morning in which a car hit a house in Raleigh.

Police said a car, driven by Christy Farrington, of Deercover Lane, was trying to turn onto Rush Street shortly after 9:30 a.m., when it was struck by another vehicle, driven by Samuel Graham, of Woodlake Place.

The force of the impact caused Graham's vehicle to crash into a house at 431 Tanner Drive.

According to the wreck report, Graham had apparently suffered from a "medical emergency." He was taken to WakeMed and was listed in good condition Thursday afternoon.

Farrington and a passenger in her car were taken to WakeMed. They were later discharged.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
