RALEIGH, N.C. — One of the suspects in a high-speed chase through Cary is refusing to tell officers his name.
Investigators say Gary Fitzgerald and another man took off after police cornered their car on Holly Springs Road Wednesday. They were captured a short time later.
Fitzgerald told police his name, but the other man won't. Both men face charges for drugs and for eluding police.
