RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are looking for a suspect in a fatal death at a North Raleigh apartment complex over the weekend.
Shortly before 7:30 p.m. Sunday, authorities responded to a report of a shooting at Dominion on Lake Lynn apartments at 1300 Lake Front Drive, where police say Ruben Renteria shot a 25-year-old man multiple times.
The victim, Cesar Gutierrez Romom, died at WakeMed as a result of his injuries, police said.
Police said the victim knew the suspect, but did not say how they knew each other or what may have been a motive for the shooting.
