Three Hurt In Raleigh Bus, Garbage Truck Wreck

RALEIGH, N.C. — Three people were taken to the hospital after a Raleigh CAT bus collided with a garbage truck Friday morning.

The wreck happened before 10 a.m. at the intersection of Belmont Drive and Peyton Street.

The bus was westbound on Belmont Drive when it collided with the garbage truck, which was southbound on Peyton Street.

It's not known if the three injured people were on the bus or on the garbage truck.
