Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Wake County judge called a hearing Monday in a high-profile murder case.

Ann Miller Kontz is accused in the arsenic poisoning death of her husband, Eric, in 2001. It is not clear what the hearing will be about.

If things proceed as planned, pre-trial motions could be filed Thursday.

The trial is scheduled to start in January.
