Closing Arguments Expected In Duke Underage Drinking Case

Posted Updated

DURHAM, N.C. — Closing arguments are expected Thursday in a case that could impact dozens of underage drinking cases.

In August, ALE agents raided a party at a house near Duke's East Campus. They cited dozens of students for underage drinking.

Agents did not have a search warrant, and students were not read their Miranda rights.

The students' citations could be tossed out.
