FOUR OAKS, N.C. — A Four Oaks man is charged with trying to lure an 14-year-old girl to a mall in Greensboro for a sexual rendezvous. It turns out he was talking with a Johnston County detective.

Authorities said the detective posed online as a girl playing hooky from high school.

According to the Johnston County Sheriff's Office, David Forsyth, 44, met a team of detectives at the mall Thursday morning.
