FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Authorities have cited the mother of a toddler who was thrown from her car seat last week after an accident.
Fayetteville police said the child's mother, Laverne Seals, made an unsafe turn, and did not have her daughter properly secured in the car seat.
The wreck happened on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville.
The toddler is listed in stable condition at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
