N.C. Medical Board Investigates Two Triangle Doctors

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Medical Board is investigating two local doctors.

A patient accuses Dr. Reza Bahadori, a gynecologist, of inappropriate touching during an exam and making inappropriate comments.

A former employee says other patients have made similar complaints.

A Chapel Hill psychiatrist, Dr. Michael Larson, is also under investigation accused of having an intimate relationship with a patient. There are allegations that he was involved with a patient when he practiced in Elizabeth City.

The medical board will discuss both cases in October.
