SANFORD, N.C. — Police in Sanford say they have arrested a man responsible for at least two robberies.
Officers believe Randy Dale Carter robbed the Big Lots on Carbonton Road earlier this week.
Police said Carter held an employee against her will with a huge piece of glass.
Carter is also linked to an earlier robbery last month at a convenience store.
