Clayton Man Stabs Person To Death, Deputies Say

JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — A Clayton man has been arrested after a stabbing early Sunday morning that left one man dead, the Johnston County Sheriff's Office reported.

Deputies said Joshua Johnson stabbed two men at about 5 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Barber Mill Road and Slate Top Road.

The victims -- Roderick Enis and Larry Sessions -- were taken to WakeMed, where Enis died.

Johnson has been charged with one count of murder and one count of assault with intent to kill.

Deputies said Sunday they were still trying to determine what led to the stabbings.
