Suspect In Wendy's Shooting In Durham Still On Run

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham authorities need help tracking down Hassan Breeden, who police believe shot two people at a Wendy's fast-food restaurant in May.

According to witnesses, a green Ford Taurus circled the parking lot of the restaurant on South Miami Boulevard and then the occupants fired several shots at the victims, Tobias Cooley Jr., 18, and Xavier Moore, 19.

Police believe Breeden shot the victims and knew them. The victims had minor injuries.

Breeden, 19, has been charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury.

He is about six feet tall and 160 pounds.
