Authorities have arrested a man they accuse of raping a female resident at a Louisburg rest home.

Kevin Greg Brake, 44, of Castalia, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree rape in connection with the Aug. 6, 2006, incident at Louisburg Gardens.<br />

Authorities are also investigating two other incidents that occurred at the facility in November, authorities said.<br />

Brake was in the Fanklin County Jail under a $75,000 bond Wednesday. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 5.
