HALIFAX COUNTY, N.C. — A babysitter who was the driver in a fatal accident is in more trouble.
Amanda Milton pleaded guilty to reckless driving after her car flipped into a creek in Halifax County, killing a 7-year-old and 9-year-old.
Milton was fined, then authorities discovered she was already under court order not to drive.
She is now prohibited from leaving the state.
