RALEIGH, N.C. — Police make an arrest in a break-in and burglary at a Raleigh high school.
Authorities said Lawrence Collins broke into Southeast Raleigh High last week. Surveillance pictures helped police track him down.
Officers said Collins broke a vending machine and stole several things, including a digital camera.
